This project is in the schematic design phase and attempts to take advantage of a beautiful hill country lot. Coming in at 1,900 s.f. the home includes a detached guest room/office connected by a "dog trot" screened breezeway. A unique structural system will allow almost continuous clerestory windows at the eave, supplying natural day lighting, while protecting from the Texas Sun.
